Your Role

You will be supporting our continued growth by forming a strong understanding of our concept and brand identity, using data and research to identify new markets and locations, and presenting opportunities to the Managing Partner and ownership. Once location(s) are confirmed, you will support new location build-outs through project management, setting clear project milestones, creating realistic budgets, and managing the workflow of key stakeholders to ensure timelines are met while remaining on budget.

Your team: You will be reporting directly to the Managing Partner and partnering closely with the Heads of Department team. You will also be in regular communication with Ownership to provide updates on project status.

Project Management

*Building a strong understanding of restaurant concept and brand vision
*Conducting research and reviewing data on potential new markets
*Building expansion proposals and presenting to the Managing Partner and Ownership in an effort to form a consensus
*Building out project timelines, key deliverables, and accountabilities while also including all associated costs and key partnerships
*Creating alignment to project timelines and key deliverables through clear and regular communication with all key stakeholders
*Providing clear reporting briefs while also maintaining organized documentation that is easily accessible to key stakeholders
*Being actively involved in necessary negotiations to ensure that all required materials and subcontractors
*Tracking project performance and analyzing deliverables against requirements

Financial Goals

*Preparing budgets based on the scope of work and resource requirements
*Tracking of project costs and making adjustments as needed to meet budget objectives
*Ensuring invoicing is clearly organized and that the Finance department is regularly updated and that all applicable documentation is easily accessible

You Have

*At least 4 years of experience in a project management capacity within the hospitality industry
*At least 4 years of restaurant operations management experience
*Experience in project proposals, presentations, and regular communication on project status
*Experience in conducting and presenting research to support project proposals
*Working knowledge of project management tools and software, including Asana
*Demonstrated experience in aligning people to strategy and goals

About you: We are growing and have an opportunity for a great person who is looking to join our team as a Cashier/Server.

Job Responsibilities:

*Providing great customer experiences through superior service
*Creating strong knowledge of food and drinks
*Ensuring quality control of food
*Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
*Regular cleaning, running food/drink, checking in with guests
*Other duties as required

Qualifications:

*6+ months experience as a Server or Cashier in a high volume casual environment
*Experience as a Supervisor/Keyholder considered an asset
*Experience in delivering a strong customer service experience
*Possess excellent organizational skills and works well under pressure
*Knowledge of POS
*Personable, friendly and outgoing
*Possess high energy and strong work ethic
*Possess an eager willingness to learn
