About you: You’re a passionate hospitality professional who loves good food, soulful service, and helping a restaurant run smoothly day-to-day. You will be:
Team Support
Helping to create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe work environment
Supporting team members through busy services - jumping on a station, helping run food, or assisting with prep when needed
Assisting in the training and onboarding of new team members
Supporting Restaurant Operator with team communications, scheduling, and tracking performance reviews
Food & Service Operations
Helping to ensure consistency in food quality, plating, and recipe execution
Supporting with systems around kitchen organization, cleaning schedules, prep lists, and closing/opening checklists
Helping to monitor and maintain product par levels and kitchen supply needs
Ensuring all staff are following safe food-handling procedures
Guest Experience
Supporting your team in delivering memorable, efficient, and friendly guest service
Acting as a floor presence when needed to check in with guests or handle concerns
General Operations
Assisting with day-to-day coordination of restaurant operations
Supporting with inventory, invoices, deliveries, and light administrative duties
Supporting payroll and scheduling processes as required
Other duties as needed to support the smooth operation of the restaurant
To be qualified for this role, you will have:
A minimum of 2 years of culinary experience in a fast-paced, high volume & professional kitchen environment
Experience in front-of-house environment is strong asset
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, hands-on approach
A genuine interest in food, hospitality, and helping teams succeed
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfort working evenings and weekends based on business needs
